Description
This is a 2 day, 13 hour certification including one-on-one feedback training which enables the participant to be fully accredited on understanding and giving feedback on The Talent Enterprise's BPS Certified Psychometric Tool - The Thriving Index.
Earning Criteria
The participant is required to complete a theory exam with a minimum pass mark of 70%, as well as be observed for a full feedback session.
